I absolutely loved working with my consultant, Jamie. We worked so well together, and I always felt like we could bounce ideas off each other, challenge things, and figure out what actually made sense for me and my business. 90 days ago, I did not have the confidence to do what I’m doing now. One of the things I appreciated most was having someone who kept me accountable while also understanding what I needed in the moment. Jamie knew when I needed direction, when I needed to be challenged, and when I simply needed someone to help me work through an idea. And the biggest thing? I got to actually see the consistency and progress WORKING. While I was only in the program for 90 days, I honestly don’t feel like that was enough time. I feel like I was just getting into the groove with my coach and really learning how to use everything the program has to offer. I’m fully aware there is so much more to learn, build, and work toward. I’ll absolutely be back for it. This investment is about building the foundation for growing both yourself and the business you’re dreaming of. But I think it’s important to be honest about something: the program can give you the tools, guidance, accountability, and support, but you still have to show up and do the work. You get out of this what you’re willing to put into it. If you’re looking for someone to magically build your business for you, this probably isn’t it. But if you’re willing to be coached, take action, stay consistent, and be honest with yourself about where you need to grow, this program can give you the structure and support to actually move forward. For me, this wasn’t just about business strategy. It was about becoming more confident in myself as a business owner, trusting my decisions, taking action instead of constantly second-guessing myself, and finally seeing the pieces start to come together. I’m incredibly grateful for the last 90 days, for Jamie, and for everything I’ve been able to accomplish because I finally had the right support behind me. This may be the end of my 90 days, but it definitely isn’t the end of what I’m building.

Where to start.... I wish this was something that landed in my lap way sooner. after being an independent stylist for 5 years. Nicki came across my Facebook in an ad, talking about all this crazy cut your time in half, make more money, don't be scared to hurt some feelings. Well, it works. My business has grown more than I thought it would in 90 days. I am more confident behind the chair; I can choose who is in my chair. I love the clients I have now. I'm not working the crazy schedule; I get to be home with my kids more. I am not bunt out of hair anymore and just saying yes to get a**es in my chair. Stephanie is great! she works behind the chair, but she still finds the time to answer any questions I have, even when I send the crazy messages at all hours of the night. She took the time to break down my pricing and social media. She changed my mind set on telling people no. I can schedule them out to my next available, if people want your time and what you offer, they will wait for that appointment. Only, thing I wish I could have changed is being able to keep the videos a little longer. It can feel like information overload. Due to my own planning maybe not taking the class during the holidays.

Lots of great information and education. Stephanie was a great coach. Always positive and motivated. There whenever I had questions. 90 days goes by so fast!

Throughout this 90 day program I have learned so much about what I needed to do to not only work in my business but work on it. Randi has guided me step by step on analyzing what was not working for me, what I needed to work on, and the steps I needed to take to get to where I want to be. How to organize my scatter brain thoughts, understand my finances, learn about branding and marketing, new techniques, and the zoom classes ! Having a community where we are all motivating and listening to each others struggles and ideas has been so amazing for me especially as a booth renter. They don’t teach you this stuff in hairschool, and I recommend this program to anyone wanting to be a well rounded successful business owner. The only thing that I don’t love after investing more on this program than I’ve ever invested in any education, is I wish I still had access to the videos in the slice squad app as I did pay so much money and there are hundreds of videos, some an hour + long (and I spend HOURS watching as many videos/zoom classes as I could DURING the holidays 🙃) that I didn’t have time to watch and lost access to after my 90 days which I think is a little unfair
