Delora has Ben truly amazing and such a blessing in my life with making my business a business. She has helped me keep consistency even on those weeks that are hard and was always so positive and uplifting. Delora really put her time and energy into making sure that I had what I needed for this program and helped me get the best outcome out of it. I am grateful that I took the leap and trusted this process. I have seen so much progress in myself and am excited to continue to grow!

What made this a great experience was the people attached to Slice Squad. My one on one was Kaitlyn Wagner. So grateful that I had her as my cheerleader/coach! As she was both for sure. Guidance with a straight up and cheering me on even when I felt like I wanted to bail (on myself). It felt genuine and from the heart with wanting my growth. And grow I have done with SS. I have grown in my business, which means I have too! As I am my business. Some big realizations that Kaitlyn definitely assisted me in seeing is that... My business was running me. Now I feel like I'm more in the direction of running my business and it is paying off. I feel like I have levelled up a LOT. The support from SS is next level for sure. Thank you Kaitlyn Wagner!!

I have had a great experience in the Slice Squad Consulting. I worked with Kaitlyn W. and she was nothing but supportive. She had great knowledge and tools for me to grow. I learned and adjusted so many areas of my business in positive ways with her help. I had so many fears of change and they helped me get a new mindset on my business and myself. The mindset work has spilled over into my personal life and I am not complaining. If you need guidance to improve your business in marketing, technique, pricing, client retention etc. they have so much knowledge to share. I invested in myself and I don’t regret it at all.

I’ve loved my experience in the 90 day cohort so far! It’s not a coincidence that last month was my biggest much by several grand and we aren’t even halfway through the 90 days yet. I love the camaraderie of the group and we are all massage therapists so everyone gets it. It’s been inspiring to step outside of my comfort zone and take control of my business because it felt before like I was just at the whim of where the business took me. I’ve had all these ideas of how to restructure my business and I’m even cutting back a day and planning to make the same income. The different financing options made my monthly payment for the cohort very reasonable and interest free. I would definitely consider this program if you want to level up your biz!

Working with Delora over the last 90 days in business coaching has been a complete game-changer for me as a stylist and business owner. Her style of accountability is everything I needed. she has been constantly supportive, uplifting, and encouraging, without ever making you feel reprimanded. Through our work together, I’ve gained so much clarity around my time, client communication, and confidence in offering high-ticket services like mesh integration and hair restoration. I’m working less while making more, which has given me back ample personal time and the mental bandwidth to pour energy into the specialized restoration work I’ve always wanted to build. The timing in my days is better, my systems are falling into place, and I can genuinely feel the shift in how I show up in my craft. If you want a coach who holds space for your growth, supports your vision, and helps you make real, sustainable shifts in your business, Delora’s your girl!

You know that feeling when something is just meant to be? Whether it’s a new house, a job, or a relationship. It’s a vibe. An unshakable knowing that this is the right choice and you’re on the right path…. When I first signed up for slice squad I was scared AF. It’s a financial commitment and I was overwhelmed at first with negative self talk… ‘what if this doesn’t work’? But then I met Randi. And my whole mindset changed. I’m a completely different person than I was 90 days ago. And it started with a shift in mindset followed by a lot of hard work. And man did it pay off! Not only was she an incredible mentor to me professionally she had my back on a personal level and even on a spiritual level. She holds you accountable when necessary and also is the first one to congratulate you on your wins. Randi - thank you for ‘getting me’. For having faith in me. For listening to me on days that were hard and encouraging me to push through. I’m forever grateful our paths crossed and that I was lucky enough to have you as my coach 🫶🏼.

Working with Randi as my Slice Squad coach has been such a valuable experience. She has helped me gain clarity in my business, set realistic revenue goals, and turn those goals into simple, actionable steps. I especially appreciate how she holds me accountable while still being encouraging and understanding of the realities of being a salon owner. Randi doesn’t just give generic advice—she helps me identify what will make the biggest difference in my business, from increasing my hourly average and offering add-ons to improving my marketing and attracting new clients. I always leave our conversations feeling more focused, confident, and motivated. I’m so grateful to have her guidance and support!

I worked with Jamie as my coach for round 2. She was amazing, patient, and inventive when it came to finding easy, actionable steps with tweak my business action coming back from surgery. I will say I feel like I got more education out of Round 1, but I needed more then, whereas Round 2 was more about mindset and implementing some small but meaningful changes. It was not the right time in my live to do a deep dive-which is nothing on them, but I was happy to take a step back and will revisit when I have a bit more mental clarity
