Great customer service, ordered the wrong nicotine content (saw it the day after I ordered it, and it was already in shipping mode), emailed this to nexussmoke to stop the order, and immediately I got an answer that I will get a refund. Shipment was fast, prices are better than in store, and more importantly they still ship it, not like so many other online companies. So all in all I am a happy customer and will continue to buy there.
