waste of time
Placed an order, got cancelled because they don't ship to po boxes. No problem, placed the order again with an alternate shipping address, cancelled because the id pic I uploaded was expired. OK, uploaded a new id pic and placed the order for the third time. Cancelled for unforeseen reasons. What a waste of time!! 3 days later, after messaging back and forth, my only options seem to be to deliver to home, which with anything delivered here has resulted in lost or damaged packages, or to a box at the UPS store, apparently the general pickup option won't work nor would other pickup locations as they are within businesses. I already have a po box that any other UPS or FedEx parcel can be delivered to without any issue what so ever.

Hi Mike - We're sorry to hear about your bad experience with us. Unfortunately, it is our company policy to only ship to Residential Address in the US. Our system is automatically programmed to refund/cancel any order that has been placed to a PO Box or a Postal Service Location. If you do decide to try us again at a residential address - Mention this review and one of our customer support staff will throw in 1 free item of your choosing.
