I have ordered three times from this company. The first order was great. The second order I one pack of vuse pods that were great but the other three packs were old and dark brown. When I contacted the company to let them know of my issue, their response was that I needed to bring it to their attention with in 5 days of receiving the order. So I thought ok I will order again and when I received that order I got one pack that was great but the other two packs were old and dark brown. I contacted them about my order and told them I wanted to return the two packs that were old and dark brown. Their response was this is normal and basically can’t do anything! Their customer service is awful. I then contacted Vuse vape and told them of my experience and they are refunded me my money and having me send them the old dark brown pods so they can look into it. I will never use this company again and I would suggest anyone else to be cautious as they don’t stand by their products that they sell. It’s a shame!

I placed an order through Nexus Smoke and paid for it, but my order has still not arrived. I have been waiting for the order and have attempted to get an update regarding its status, but I have not received a satisfactory explanation or resolution. At this point, I am very concerned because I paid for an order that I have not received. I understand that shipping delays can happen, but the lack of a clear resolution is not acceptable. I am now considering contacting my card company to dispute the transaction and reporting the matter to the appropriate consumer-protection authorities if I cannot get this resolved directly with the company. I am posting this review so potential customers are aware of my experience and can make their own informed decision before placing an order. I hope Nexus Smoke addresses this situation and provides a resolution.

I bought a Nexs vape white gummy and before the end of the day it tasted burnt and it's still full

They lie about their shipping times - both on their website and on their receipts. They will ship it via the slowest and cheapest possible method and it will take over two weeks to arrive, no matter where you are. When I spoke to them about this, they lied and said there were shipping delays out of their control. There is no shipping delay. UPS is not delayed. The problem is their lies.

I have ordered 3 items from them and after few days they have refunded me the money just like that without any explanation,, I will never order anything from this website.

After receiving 4 defective units I reached out via text, no phone number to be found, and explained The situation. First they wanted the box which after trying three of the units unsuccessfully the boxes had been discarded. Then I was told I had only five day from the receipt of the unit to receive any king of refund. Well I bought 10 units and was wondering how I would have tried them all in 5 days. Then we pursued it, via text and they wanted a picture of me using the defective unit. How do you take a picture of a defective unit. But I did. Then they requested a video which was a pain in the rear end as you have to load it to a third party app. But I did it. In the course of this process i read one of the boxes I had left and realized all the boxes were dated 2022. That means the vapes being sold to me were outdated by at least two years. When I brought this to the companies attention I immediately got a response that they would give me most of my money back, about 70%. On 9/19/25 I could not find my type of vape and in desperation I thought I would give Nexus Smoke one more shot. I went to their website. Opened my account, ordered my vape, gave payment and sent the order. I never received a conformation email. After three days I called my credit card and was told that had acknowledge the purchase and the charge was pending on my credit card. I attempted four emails with the company and never got a reply. Today I called my credit card company to see if they had made any progress with Nexus smoke and they stated they got my refund back and cleared my card. So basically the company was just going to let the purchase lay dormant until my credit card company got involved. I never received an email of the purchase, status or cancellation of my order. So here is the facts. Extremely poor customer service and communication. Defective and obsolete products. Really no return policy because of the foolish process they have. And they play game with your credit card. Buyer Beware. I know it sound unreal but you can read my story in detail in the comment left on there website. They are the very reason why I don’t like shopping via the internet. Never again.

Absolutely horrible i ordered 3 days ago ups still hasnt got my package yet sent serveral emails with no respose terrible customer service order 35223

Have ordered several times from them and one of the last times ordered Geek Bar Skyview. Out of the 4 I ordered 2 of them were fine when I opened and used them and then I plugged them into charge and went back to get them and they were dead would not turn on at all. Went to take a puff of one and got the juice from inside it was disgusting! Contacted the company and they would not do anything!!! Said it had to be within 5 days and you need the numbers off the box. Really?? Like who the hell hangs onto the boxes after opening? Looks like I will be finding a new vape place to order from since they were unwilling to work with me!
