Nexus SmokeReviews of nexussmoke.com

Love them, prices did go up a lil bit but still hsve great things. Even when I reach out to customer service in frustration, they always respond ASAP! Shout out to Jessica!!!

Excellent selection and great customer service!

Customer Service is above and beyond what I would expect for a website who has no idea who you are personally. Made me feel like I was part of the family. Have been ordering for years and will continue to do so, as loyalty means more to me then most these days!

It is SO refreshing to finally find a company that backs up their shipping cost. I placed my first order with Nexus and it was here in 2 days. And that was AFTER sending my email verifying my age. They shipped it YESTERDAY and it came TODAY. Now THAT is impressive. I won't name the company here, but the place I was ordering from charged soooo much for shipping at a flat rate and it almost ALWAYS took 2 weeks to get to me. If the shipping speeds stay the same with Nexus, I will be a permanent customer. Hands down, the best site I've ordered from and I've tried so many, probably double digits by now. Can't praise Nexus enough here.

Great customer service! Fast shipping.

I am so happy I found Nexus Smoke, I could cry. I have been searching for a certain disposable for weeks. It was out of stock in every online store and every physical store near me. I have been told that they are not coming in orders because they are just impossible to get. I found it on Nexus Smoke, ordered 5 of them and had them in my hands in less than 3 days! The price was good, the process was easy and the processing/shipping was super fast. This will be my go-to from now on!!

I'll admit I was a little worried about the whole online send your ID age verification kind of thing but it turned out to be legitimate so everything worked out like it was supposed to. The customer service via email was very helpful, Jessica I believe her name was, thank you. And once you're age verified you won't have to show proof again. Didn't take long for the parcel to arrive either. Appreciate the service, I'll be doing my business with Nexus Smoke from here on out. Thanks again!
