We're so sorry to hear you've had trouble booking a flight, Bes. Of course, we want all of our members to be able to take advantage of the great deals we find, and we'd love to help sort this out for you. We can't prolong the length of time a deal will be available, so whenever an amazing deal does pop up from your airports, we review it and immediately send out the alert with the dates it's good for and the link to take you directly to the deal so you can adjust your preferred dates, flight, times, etc. From there, you can follow the link directly to the airline to book, but we have that first step to make customizing the deal to your needs all the easier! Please let us know the next time you're interested in a deal, and our team will be more than happy to help you through the booking process! Just email us at [email protected] or you can use the live chat feature on our website. Thanks for your feedback!
