Just purchase a round trip to Paris for 4ish
Response from Next VacayNov 25, 2019
Hi there...that's so exciting to hear, and we hope you have a wonderful time in Paris! I'd definitely recommend the view from the Arc de Triomphe, and if you'll be there in the spring, be sure to check out the Luxembourg Gardens :) Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review!

I’ve reached out to you guys several time ms and got no response on Facebook and through emails! This to me is poor customer service!
Response from Next VacayNov 25, 2019
Hi there...thanks so much for sharing your feedback, and we're so sorry for any frustration this experience has caused! I did look through our records, and the only recent request I could find to our support team was an email sent on Nov 17th. We responded within 48 hours to the email you reached out with, but we did update your email on file, so if your old email is no longer valid, this would explain why you never received our message. Not to worry though - I've forwarded our emails to your updated address, and you should receive them shortly! Let us know if you need anything else, and we'll make sure you're taken care of!

They give good deals, but I wish I could get more destinations that are further away
Response from Next VacayNov 25, 2019
Hi there...thanks for sharing your feedback! The destinations can vary depending on the airlines and what's available from your area, but not to worry - our deal team is on the hunt for more unique destinations, and I see we just sent out a deal from your airport to Iceland yesterday! Be sure to keep an eye on your inbox for more destinations like that, and if you have any more feedback for us, just email us at [email protected]! :)

I have not used the service yet to book a trip, however, I love getting the emails about deals. I am certain to book one in the future. And, the price of the service is fantastic.
Response from Next VacayNov 25, 2019
Awesome Victoria! We're so excited to hear you're loving the alerts and seeing all the destinations that are out there :) Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review!
Michielle
Love the service and we have used it to a trip to Europe. I would love this same service for discounted rates to destinations within the US and not just abroad. I know that is a whole lot more work for you guys, but we travel within the US a lot and would love to have this option to plan spontaneous trips.
Response from Next VacayNov 25, 2019
Thanks for your feedback Michielle! We're so happy you were able to score that trip to Europe, and we understand wanting to get those same great deals for domestic travel too! We actually do find domestic deals to major cities and popular tourist destinations as well, so our deal team will keep an eye out for more of those deals from your area. Keep an eye on your inbox, and we can't wait to hear what your next adventure will be! :)

I get a lot of deals for San Francisco and San Jose and I'm nowhere near there. I have school-aged kids and I wish there were more deals highlighting airfare during holiday breaks. There's tons of deals right now going to places that are just frigid but I understand a deal is a deal. So far, I haven't been able to book any airfare from Next Vacay but hoping to see more summer deals soon.
Response from Next VacayNov 22, 2019
Hi there...thanks for sharing your feedback with us! Sounds like we might need to get your airport preferences updated so you're not getting those deals out of SFO or SJC, but only the airports you're interested in flying out of! Please shoot us an email at [email protected], so we can get that squared away for you. As for the destinations, much of the world is slipping into winter right now, but I do see we've seen some warmer destinations out of your area, including deals to Sydney and Hawaii! We're still looking for deals around the holiday breaks, and if anything becomes available, we'll let you know ASAP so you can book and make plans! We can't wait to hear what works out!
