Disappointed
A lot of emails sent about flight opportunities but few from my actual local airport. Have been a subscriber for over a year and haven't used 1 deal because it would require me to travel 3-4 hours, leave my car and then catch a flight. By that time, the deal probably wouldn't be that great after factoring in additional travel costs. I will give it a couple more months but will probably cancel my membership soon due to the few flights out of Knoxville, TN that would actually benefit me.

Thanks for sharing your feedback! We're so sorry to hear you've been disappointed with the deals. We do include deals from surrounding airports as well to make sure our members can take advantage of any opportunities there are to travel. Of course, if traveling to those other airports doesn't work for you, we can update your account with that info! Unfortunately, because Knoxville is a domestic airport, it only has nonstop destinations within the US, so this means any international deals would have a layover at another airport, and those layovers have to meet our high standards for deals. We want our members to spend their time off at their destination, not waiting at an airport for their next flight. Great international deals still pop up though, like the recent trips we've sent to Barcelona, Belize City, and South America out of Knoxville.
