If anyone is looking to do business with them, I would stay far away. I emailed them about a charge from them on my account after not recalling signing up with them. I asked for a refund as I hadn't used their service and I'm also out of work due to COVID. They weren't empathetic whatsoever and kept passing me off to different customer service representatives who would just reply with things I had been told before. I've never had such a problem with a company before and been treated with such a lack of empathy and respect as a customer. I've seen other reviews like this on this site which makes me even sadder for every person who will experience this again.

I do want to clarify that we try to have the same representative respond to an inquiry thread for the duration of a conversation but with adjusted schedules due to Covid-19 and representatives being in at different times, our main focus is responding to messages as quickly as possible. I do apologize if this felt like your issue was merely being shuffled from one rep to another without care but I assure you, every representative that spoke with you took care to read over and understand your situation before responding.
As we explained in our emails to you, our records showed both that you had signed up with us in 2018 and that you had been receiving and opening the deal alerts as they were delivered. We never received prior notice that you were disinterested in or unable to use the deals or wished to cancel your account, nor was your membership canceled from your member portal. Your membership remained active and we continued to render our services to the provided email address.
We always strive to provide our members with an excellent experience from signup to membership end, and we offer members a free trial at sign up, a 6-month money-back guarantee period for the first membership charge, and the ability to cancel or set the membership to non renew at any time. None of these options were taken advantage of and by the time we received any notice from you, the membership renewal was no longer eligible for a refund.

I’ve been getting some great deals from Next Vacay, and I finally booked my first trip! I got tickets to Tokyo at an awesome price. This is my boyfriends dream trip and he is SO excited.
