I ordered 2 pieces as designed and another piece, a bracelet, that had to be customized… all 3 pieces arrived better than expected and I was very pleased. Now, while being honest, a while back I bought a ring, yellow gold over sterling, and that is the only piece of jewelry that ever turned blackish/green ring around my finger. It is beautifully designed but I could not wear it. And, to my disappointment, the return policy was not made easy and so I never bothered to return it. Even with that negative experience I went back and bought 3 other pieces and had no other problems. Nicole RG

I got my necklace today and it took my breath away! I didn't expect it to be so beautiful and well made!! I love it so much. I was absolutely thrilled when I opened my Nextearrings box to find the exquisite garnet cabochon bracelet inside. I'm a big fan of cabochon stones and bezel settings and I was so glad to find this bracelet on your website. The little moon face also adds a sweetness to the bracelet. I find myself wishing that Nextearrings would offer this in more colors. I would love to buy an emerald green, sapphire blue or light pink bracelet, of course, in the yellow gold setting. My only suggestion would be to email me when my package is on the way. I didn't have an account and used Paypal. I don't know if this is the reason I wasn't notified when my package was shipped. It was easy enough for me to put in my order ID to find the tracking, so it is no big deal. I was really pleased with the sturdy packaging and the quick arrival. I was so happy with my experience that I placed another order today! This is a great website for purchasing elegant jewelry for an excellent price. I'll be shopping again soon!
