Honestly, I hate dealing with customer service or support, because I am always underwelmed and dissappointed. This was not the case with dealing with Marika on 10/30/24. Marika understood my situation, offered up the correct solution quickly, and then even offered to do it for me. I deal with a lot of customer support people in my company and am one of the people deals with issues and complaints from our clients, and rarely am I impressed with anyone taking ownership of an issue as quickly and decisively as Marika. If this is how NYTG handles all support issues, that's wonderful. If not, everyone should handle things as Marika did. She was wonderful and the experience was great. Thanks to Marika and to NYTG!!!

Too god damn loud! The whole premise was WEAK And the songs were NOT entertaining The whole thing seemed forced and to compensate it was just played at an uncomfortable loud volume. Maybe you could fool non musicians, but the music itself was prerecorded. RIPOFF

This show was just so good. We haven't enjoyed a theatre event like this for some while. These two actors knew what they were doing and it was clear we were watching actors at the top of their game. We highly recommend this show.

I was so excited to purchase tickets for Wicked while my wife, son and I are in town for the marathon this coming weekend. I clicked on November 2 for show date and selected two seats (my wife needs to go to bed early for the race). When I got the email confirmation, it said my tickets were for Tuesday nights performance! I was devastated. I contacted customer support and Jenny, the senior customer experience representative was very kind and issued me a voucher for 100% of the value and was able to rebook tickets for the proper performance on Saturday. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Was easy process to work through to get refund on my tickets. I am not that tech savvy but was able to work thru with no issues.

Ease of use, delivered ticket barcodes exactly on time and when promised, complete no hassle experience. I’d definitely use this service again!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time! Genie and Jasmine’s debuts were electric! Amazing.
