3 hrs through course, you canceled, and refused to give me credit for time spent. earlier, i had difficulties w your software, so i requested a refund. but eventually worked. called customer service and she indicated repay and will give you credit for time spent, two modules. i did, though another agent refused to give me credit

Voice verification was successful 1 out of 30, so I couldn't start the program at all. Total waste of time and money. I should get a refund. Windows 10, Edge browser
