I’ve had such a great experience from beginning to end with this company. Urtopia customer service has been very attentive and responsive to all my questions and needs. Special shout out to Reece for coming through on all his promises and thank you again for the quick and friendly responses. Ok but onto the actual bike itself. I ordered the Cabon Fold ST in Creme White and it has been a real joy to ride. It’s so versatile and easy to fold out and start riding. It takes me less than 45 seconds to get it out of my car and start riding! I love the matching white lumos helmet that i got with it as well. I’m just in love with it all around. This is my 3rd Urtopia ebike, and i have absolutley NO regrets! I recommend them to anyone who asked me about Urtopia and many have gotten one of their own. I plan to start a Urtopia ONLY ebike riding group here in San Diego!! If you're interested…. Lmk ;) Thank you URTOPIA for making my adventures that much more fun!

Urtopia really does stand by its customers. It addressed and resolved my concerns promptly and without fuss. I definitely will order from Urtopia again. I wholeheartedly endorse this company and its products.

Bought two Urtopia Carbon Classic bikes this year. So far so good. Well made. Pedal assist and throttle work well. Love the light weight relative to so many other e-bikes on the market. Also, the customer service through email has been surprisingly good. When I bought the bikes, they were supposed to include water bottle holders and rear racks but the bike shop did not have the inventory. They suggested I contact Urtopia directly, which I was skeptical about, but I received a prompt email response and they shipped the items.

Customer service is great, I love my new bike, I'm 72 years old, my old bike weight is 67 lbs and became to much for me to load. This bike weighs 31 and folds. Saved my life, I thought that I would have to give bike riding.

I've bought two bikes directly from Urtopia's website — the Carbon 1 Pro and, most recently, the Atom — and both have been excellent. The bikes themselves are well made and a pleasure to ride. What really stood out this time was their customer service. The Atom came with a complimentary helmet and Skytag, which I didn't personally need since I already have helmets and no use for Skytag, but it's a nice touch for most buyers. I had ordered a rear rack separately, just before I noticed Urtopia started including one for free with new Atom purchases. When I reached out about the timing, they refunded me for the rack I'd already bought and sent me a complimentary front rack as a thank-you for being a repeat customer. That kind of responsiveness and fairness is rare, and it's why I'll keep coming back to Urtopia for my next bike.

Unfortunately, I wrecked my new carbon one pro and destroyed right peddle. Not only did customer service send me a new one but they sent me one as a courtesy. Wow!!!
