Very helpful, easy to reach and quick response from Urtopia Trust Pilot. I reached out to them about my problem with the helmet’s visor which had a small blemish and I was inquiring to see if I could purchase a new visor. They listened to my concern and were so nice enough and very quickly solved my dilemma. I wasn’t expecting that very fast response and very grateful to the Trust Pilot team. On top of having a great Urtopia Carbon Classic e-bikes which is the lightest ebike of them all, is a great team that supports and guarantees their product. I recommend this to all people who’s looking for a great experience on purchasing an e-bike backed by a great customer service.

Great product! Carbon One Pro, have logged close to 3000 miles since purchasing. Bike allows me the ability to get out for long rides with the ability to use the electric function when needed but doesn’t allow me to cheat and not peddle. Smarthub tracks speed, peddling effort distance and has many other features. When any issues have surfaced the Urtopia support staff has been there to assist and correct issues. Great all around bike with great support when needed.

I have two Joys. The wife and I love them. Had a little issue with the kickstand and customer service was there to help. Sending a new kickstand out at no charge. I’m more than impressed! Thanks Urtopia!

I love my Urtopia Carbon Classic! I have had 8 ebikes prior to this one, and it is the lightest and most responsive I've owned. I recently had to contact customer service for a new charger and they got back to me right away and sent one out!

I've had a Urtopia ebike for over 2 years and on the rare occasion that I have had a question or needed assistance, the support team has been great. This time was no different. Stella quickly answered my question and resolved a problem I had.

I got a Carbon Fold 1 model from Urtopia about a year ago, and I am extremely satisfied and happy with the purchase. I had done an extensive search for a compact e-bike, and I believe that this model is the best one available. It is light, easy to fold and transport, and the bike is solid and well made. The bike itself is comfortable, easy to ride and maneuver with or without electrical power. The charging mechanism via the seat rod is well designed and convenient to use. I highly recommend this bike for anyone interested in a high-end e-bike that is compact, comfortable, and top performance. Also, the Urtopia support staff is friendly, professional and prompt from the very beginning at the time of purchase and delivery and to the present on any questions or concerns throughout.

I just bought my wife new Joy Ultra , my wife she love the bike every Sunday, I even like it too . The shipping is great . My wife said she love enjoy riding her new bike , because the motor doesn’t kick in , like her old bike different branch name . I got a pedego platinum element , I like my bike , but it heavier then urtopia . Yes is little bit harder for me to load the bike in my truck for a 65 year old man . Customers service is amazing , wonderful . Stella goes out her way to help me. Thank you Stella you the Best’s customer service !
