I have the Utopia S1 bike and it is a dream to ride. I’ve had other electric bikes but this one is smooth and powerful. I’ve had a question about the size as it seemed to tall for me and customer service solved my problem by sending a shorter eat post. Now it’s the best ride I’ve ever had! And I’ve been an avid road biker but getting older. This allows me keep up with my club mates. Currently riding the length of the C&O Canal tow path in sections.

Mit meinen 70 Jahren genieße bei meinen täglichen 2 Fahrten mit meinem Hund über ca 15 bis 18 km insbesondere das niedrige Gewicht beim täglich zweimaligen TRAGEN des Rades ins erste Stockwerk. Weiterhin ist der leise und gut funktionierende Antrieb sehr gut. Für mich ist das einzige Manko die etwas zu geringe Kapazität der Batterie, da ich regelmäßig bei ungefähr 40 bis 50 km nachladen muß.

Bisher alles prima. Das Rad ist leicht und ich brauche kaum E-Unterstützung da es sich schön fahren lässt.

My experience with Urtopia, particularly regarding my e-bike order, has had its highs and lows. Initially, I encountered several challenges, especially with customer service responsiveness. I placed my order on June 20th, 2023, and for a significant period, reaching out to their team proved difficult. The contact number provided was unresponsive, forcing me to rely on emails, which were not promptly answered. By July 26th, 2023, I still hadn’t received my bike, and my inquiries about the order status were left unanswered, despite multiple attempts to get updates. This led to considerable frustration and uncertainty about the fate of my purchase, to the point where I contemplated canceling my order. The lack of communication and delayed response compounded the issue, especially after being initially informed the bike would arrive by the end of July, only to be notified of delays later on, albeit with a compensatory offer of a $100 credit, which I accepted. However, the situation took a positive turn when Urtopia shipped my e-bike and applied a $100 discount off the original price as a gesture of goodwill. Upon receiving and using the bike, I was impressed by its quality and design. The bike is lightweight and feels excellent to use, meeting my expectations in terms of performance and build quality. In retrospect, while my journey with Urtopia started on a challenging note due to customer service and delivery delays, the resolution of my issues and the quality of the product have significantly improved my perception of the company. I appreciate Urtopia’s efforts to rectify the situation and hope they will continue to enhance their customer service and communication to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

I bought a bike last year in the autumn when it was still possible to enjoy cycling! I'm thrilled with it! I am often asked by passers-by what kind of bike it is. It is very stylish and manoeuvrable! For me, as a woman, it is also very light! The customer service made me a good offer! I recommend it! thank you
