The Urtopia Carbon Classic is the eBike I’ve been looking for after years of testing out other manufacturers’ big, heavy bikes, some over 65lbs! But this Urtopia Classic is under 40, and light and nimble to ride and easy to lift onto my bike rack. I’m enjoying daily rides now and can easily transport the bike to new destinations. Very pleased with my new Urtopia.

After buying my bike from a dealer, I realized I was missing an option that I would have received if I had bought the back direct from Urtopia. One call to their excellent and friendly customer service and problem solved. Part came in yesterday and installed today. Thank you Reece !

The customer service people helped before I even bought the bike! I was having trouble with my cart; 'free' items that were 'included' were coming up with normal pricing. I sent an email and wondered when I would hear, if anything... surprised to check my email within an hour and find a correct order waiting for me! I thought I might need a throttle with the carbon Fiber ST, as I have had one on a similar bike to get me going from a standing stop. But the pedal assist works as soon as you pedal. It was amazing! I didn't need the throttle and wanted to send it back, but they were so kind and just credited my account, saying I could keep it. How kind! My new bike is beyond wonderful, and so is their customer service!

The bike shop that I was dealing with put a ding in the paint on the battery. They said they would do a warranty replacement. Then silence. I went to Urtopia. They were understanding and effective. They replaced it in record time. Excellent experience.

They were very helpful in helping me find a new seatpost and extra batteries for my Carbon 1 ST. They are very professional and kind.

My Carbon ST fold came today, was a breeze to assemble and I was out the door on my first ride within an hour. From shipping to delivery was a quick 3 days.
