Everybody's case is different and has varying levels of complexity. It didn't take long for me to exit my timeshare. However, I was always kept updated on my case by regular calls. Anytime I had a concern, the lawyers were available to assist. These guys are the real deal.

We are now free of our timeshare. I was impressed by the amount of communication from Newton throughout the early stages of the process. The whole process of being notified of the final terms was basically completed in about 6 months, plus another two months of waiting on the county to record the deed transfer, which was out of anyone's hands. Our only caveat is now, after the fact, it is not clear to me whether we ourselves could have negotiated the exact same settlement with the resort as we ended up with (thus saving us the several thousand dollar Newton fee). But hindsight...

First, I want to thank the Newton Group for the EXCELLENT service provided with terminating my time share nightmare. The Newton Group staff were knowledgeable with all the required steps. They kept me updated during the entire process and answered all my questions in a timely manner. They were very professional and polite. I was trapped with a maintenance fee I had to pay every year for a time share that did not live up to their benefits and thanks to the Newton Group within 5 months and a reasonable fee I was released for the maintenance fee nightmare. It felt like a ton of bricks were taken off my shoulders. I will admit, I was hesitant contacting a time share exit company because of the negative comments regarding other companies, but after reading client reviews for the Newton Group, I decided to call them and it was the BEST decision I made.
