Good at follow up, keeping in touch even thru covid-19. Expensive, but not as expensive as paying the timeshare forever

The Newton Group successfully got me out of the timeshare that I inherited. It took quite a while, but I don't think that is their fault. They handed the case over to DC Capital Law. DC communicated with me at regular intervals and I never felt forgotten. I had to pay an additional $250 exit fee to the resort, but i did not pay dues for the period I was in negotiation. .

Great job! Our relationship and ownership with Welk Resorts was dissolved, even though we had an outstanding balance with them. We did not have to pay the outstanding balance and actually received a small settlement from Welk. The law firm who represented us was knowledgeable and professional and kep us informed. It did take a while for the process to be complete but we are very happy with the outcome. We would definitely refer others to the Newton Group!

Ms. Jordan kept me informed on the progress of my account. I never had a question unanswered. She kept me informed in a timely matter so I did not worry what was happening or if there was any surprises coming my way. Thank you for getting out of a scam from the Welks resort when many other companies said nothing can be done. I think we're afraid to tackle a large firm as the Welks Resort. I believe that the Newton Group did everything they said they would do concerning our Timeshare in Hawaii. They were able to get rid of our Time Share in a reasonable amount of time. We no longer have our Timeshare thanks to the Newton Group. They can be trusted and they do produce results. I have had this timeshare for about ten years and never used it but the maintenance fees just kept climbing every year. I asked the Timeshare people if I could deed this to them but they would not respond to me. So I called the Newton Group and was happy I did. They made the whole transaction very easy and communicated every step along the way as the timeshare was eventually returned to the owners. I am very happy with the Newton Group and would use them again if needed!
