Newton GroupReviews of newtongrouptransfers.com

Was about a year process but Newton Group got the job done. It's a big weight off our shoulders. Rose really kept us in the loop, while the process was working Thank you very much.

Once in a while I had difficulty contacting representatives, but tey have lives to live and there is a large time differential. Otherwise, excellent service.

Great group. I would recommend them all the time. Thank you for your great support. John C.

As you read my review of the Newton Group and their timeshare exit program, make sure that you mention this review to the Newton Group representative who works you into the exit plan that suits your needs. If allowed, I can furnish you with my sincere assurance that the Newton Group will provide you with the best service you should and could expect. My time share in Mexico turned into a big money pit with no end in site. Things that were promised happened, but at a cost to me that I had not expected and were kind of glossed over so that they would be easy to miss. Tons of paperwork and little items placed through out made them easy to miss until it was too late. Plus the property being in a foreign country made it more difficult to make legal changes. The Newton group came along during a presentation and offered me a way out of the ever increasing cost of maintenance fees and that dreaded special assessment that was sure to pop up in the future. The representative at the presentation was very through and knowledgeable about my time share, but others here in the USA. The initial paperwork was prepared on site and we left feeling assured that the Newton Group would be able to solve the money pit that was facing us every year. Approximately every two weeks we received calls from the Newton Group with updates on the progress of our time share exit plan. Finally the end arrived, and I am free of that beautiful, luxury resort money pit. Thank you Newton group for your help with my very expensive money mistake. DO NOT buy a timeshare, but if you do, let the Newton group assist in your legal timeshare exit. I did, now I am free at last.

I paid them $4995 on Feb 6, 2021. In June of this year they started telling us we should be getting papers from the title company any day to sign and they told us the name of the title company. We kept getting told the same thing and that the reason we weren't getting anything was that the title company was dragging their feet. They told us this each month until Oct. when I decided to take matters into my own hands since they hadn't done anything to move the title company along in 4 months. I filed a complaint with the BBB on the title company and was immediately contacted by the owner of the title company. She had never heard of me from the Newton Group. So the Newton Group was lying. I never have figured out why. The Newton Group could come up with no evidence except interoffice communications that they had done anything for me. Not an email or a letter to my timeshare. They quit talking to me after they found out I got in touch with the title company. I don't care. The title company got me the title, I filed it at the courthouse and the title company got it to the timeshare. I did all the work the Newton Group was supposed to do, but didn't and got it done in 30 days. I also found out my timeshare had an exit program that cost $450 while doing some research. Wish I had known that earlier. I filed a complaint against the Newton Group with the BBB, but they have not answered after their second notice on Nov. 8, 2021. Don't waste your money.

We had two time shares we turned over to the Newton Group for their help in getting released from ownership/maintenance fees which continued to go up each year. They were able to successfully obtain our release from both properties in approximately six months. Throughout the process, my wife and I were regularly updated by a professional staff member. We highly recommend the Newton Group - they did exactly what they said they would do!!!

I am thrilled to finally be rid of my timeshare which I never used. Once RCI started charging just to deposit my week, I knew it had to go. They did a great job and kept me informed along the way, but it is a long process! But worth it, this will be my first Christmas in many years without a huge maintenance fee due at the worst possible time.

From the initial call to final disposition of our unused time share, Newton Group did as they said and in a relatively timely manner. They were diligent in their communications, updates and followups. They were realistic in setting expectations and they produced results.
