NewtekOneReviews of newtekone.com

Great place and great people to do business with. The process was very easy.

Tried to open a 6 month CD. The process was cumbersome. They wanted a copy of my SS card, a utility bill verifying my address, etc. Then today I got a request to unfreeze my credit reports. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm giving them money, not taking a loan. I've opened 25 other CDs in the past year online. Never have I had this horrible experience. As of a few days ago, NewtekOne is asking for more information to verify I'm a person. How ridiculous considering all the information I provided. Why not just pick up the phone or email me directly? Stay away from this bank.

The speed and communication was great on our SBA loan. Definitely recommend for all future business owners!

Great Company To Work With, And They Do Just What They Say When It Comes To Your Loan Request! Thanks!! Ed Freeman Business Owner

I appreciate the professionalism from each staff member i associated with

With Sara Hunt advising me thru the process and also fighting for an injustice from the company that referred us, NewTek One is top notch in my book! She was so responsive when I had questions. Bravo!! Daniel Paz was also instrumental with getting me answers and then turned me over to Sara Hunt. I can't thank him enough for everything he did. They were both so cordial and professional to work with so again, I must say Bravo to whoever hired them!

A relatively quick and efficient process

UPDATE - They helped me out! I don’t like the fact that y’all don’t issue statements for loans. It make reconciling accounts more challenging.
