Gretchen was very friendly and helpful. I usually don't not like phone calls, but she made it simple and pleasant. Thanks for the help setting up this account.

Jamie Cappitti in Payroll has been very helpful! We had some entry errors on a couple of employees and she was able to make sure it was corrected and the employees got paid on time. Jamie is also very responsive with requests to tweak the entry grid to add new columns. Thanks again for all you do!

Amazing experience from beginning to end for what is an incredibly lengthy, complex, and difficult process. Super grateful to have worked with Austin and Marva on this loan. I can’t say enough great things about them. True pros!!!

I had a wonderful experience with NewTek Bank. Most banks had brushed me off or took a long time to get back to you. Everyone here was so helpful and explained everything so well. Sivana was with me through all the paperwork and Marva was my closer. Both were so patient with me and just good people. Thank you so much!
