I made several errors in completing the required sign-in information and committed errors working with Mark during an extremely long session trying to determine why I had trouble signing in to my account. Mark was extremely patient working thru the steps necessary and thru his persistence and over the top determination to solve the errors that I was making both on the phone and online, finally succeeded in ed in helping me get the job done. I would like to compliment him for his exemplary knowledge and patience in helping overcome what seemed insurmountable difficulties with this task. Kudos!!

As a new customer to any bank, it feels wonderful to be welcomed -- even in this new technology-filled (and sometimes challenged) world. It's nice to know there's a real-live human behind the wheel (or computer keyboard) for a person who has managed to survive rotary-dialed phones for many of his years. No AI will EVER replace a human being!! Ja'Kira (as I'm sure many others there) at Newtek saw to that at just all being a part of the job.
