I had ordered my retainers from New Smile, and was told I had to submit pictures several different times after already speaking to Rachael over the phone. It took a whole week to get New Smile to understand nothing changed and I just needed my replacements ASAP. That was very frustrating as I was already stressed about getting me retainers in on time.
