Alex and Marwan were EXCELLENT. I’ll go with 5 PLUS STARS. They both made the experience much better than expected. My loan wasn’t the easiest but they moved quickly to allow for a fast closing. They resolved any issues and followed through meticulously, from start to finish. I had bad experiences with a few prior lenders. After being given false promises, including “no worries you are 99.9% approved and ready for settlement” to end up just wasting time and the waste of the expense of an appraisal to end up falling into that .1% trap and in danger of losing the property. I am very fortunate to have discovered Alex and New Silver. My advise, Bypass all other lenders and go right to Alex at New Silver.

What an amazing experience! I can not recommend New SIlver enough. They came into a deal that another lender totally screwed up on and closed it in 14 days! They went above and beyond to get an appraiser out within days and were on everyone to get my deal close. I can not wait to work with them again.

These guys are unbelievable good. They were able to get things done where others weren't able to. We had gotten stuck in a jam when another lender wasn't able to perform. These guys stepped in and within 10 days, closed the deal. Thanks Alex and Marwan.

Was able to close in 2 weeks. Direct contact with the underwriter was huge in getting questions answered. Alex and Marwan's availability and responsiveness were great. Great option for my flip! Only negative is the insurance requirement for a condo, but they worked with me.

New Silver Lending is absolutely incredible! They funded our flip from start to finish in 2 days which is unheard of! Alex, was a joy to work with, extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and responsive.
