The Loan Advisor was polite, available and well driven to help move us through the process. We have not gone through this process before and clearly we had a learning curve. There were repetitive requirements for the latter part of the loan process. We will be ready for the next one for sure.

New Silver met my need quickly by closing in a 2 week timeframe, Efficiently, by close mo itor of the transaction to ensure the title company provide a clear title, and by compassion, demonstrating patience when it took 4 days from closing for the sign deed to be provided from seller. New Silver treats their customers as family! I appreciate them.

Sir, I checked in with your Loan Advisor, you were conditionally approved, however, our underwriting team was not able to final-approve your application due to a number of underwriting issues on the asset as well as the guarantor. The conditional approval is not a guarantee of final approval, this is clearly stated on our website and in the proof of funds letter. The underwriting team came back with a denial within 24 hours of your application and there were no costs incurred on your end. We apologize, we are not able to guarantee approval for every single applicant. Thank you.
