The whole process from New-silver moved pretty smooth and would definitely recommend. The only minor issues a had was loading some of my documents and the sometimes gaps in communication in the beginning . After I got settled in with the person I could reach out to for every question the communication went great.

My experience with New Silver was very positive from the initial application through the underwriting process. Joe, was highly responsive to questions, helpful and encouraging throughout. Amra of underwriting was awesome; also very helpful and encouraging. I gave 4 stars only because I needed to form a new LLC, wasn't informed early in the process and it caused unforeseen cost and delay. Otherwise I was very happy with the service. The online portal is state-of-the-art making account access and docs submission very easy. I plan to use New Silver for my future acquisition needs and highly recommend.

Was able to close in 2 weeks. Direct contact with the underwriter was huge in getting questions answered. Alex and Marwan's availability and responsiveness were great. Great option for my flip! Only negative is the insurance requirement for a condo, but they worked with me.

Thank you David, it was a pleasure working with you. We had some issues working with the insurance broker in FL, we called 4 different companies on your behalf, and were finally able to get a policy with an exception. Glad it worked out in the end!

Alex did a spectacular job. Always on top of everything throughout the process. In fact, y closing attorney even sung his praises. I will say though that the lender seemed confused throughout the process. I didn’t directly deal with them, but i saw the emails.
