Good job Thanx for your help! Good to deal with folks whose word is their bond!

Alex did a spectacular job. Always on top of everything throughout the process. In fact, y closing attorney even sung his praises. I will say though that the lender seemed confused throughout the process. I didn’t directly deal with them, but i saw the emails.

Finally a lender that's responsive!

Alex and his team was great. Funded loan quick w/o all the red tape.

Alex was great through the entire process. Quick response and explain everything from start to finish. We are in the process of finishing our next two deals with New Silver. Glad we found them.

Alex and team were efficient and great to work with. Will do business with again!

I felt like I really needed to write a review on my experience with New Silver. I rehabilitated a home in central Florida. Alex and his team did exactly what they said they would do in our agreement. The ease of movement throughout the rehab made it possible to complete it in minimum time and capture a nice profit! I will use New Silver on as many rehabs as I can! Chuck B
