Price is very good. Communication has been a bit rocky but I believe its getting better. The website itself could use a little upgrade. Not too detailed and slightly difficult to navigate. But I think its fair to say simplicity is always best. I will continue my loyalty with this one. The product is great. The delivery is exceptional.

Changed my prescription without my approval. Very limited customer portal. Tried to get billing stopped and dose changed back and getting kicked back and forth between customer service email (which keeps getting returned unable to send) and provider portal. Not worth the hassle. Too expensive to be sending incorrect strength products
