Reliable, best price I found
The best price I found when I signed up in Dec 2025 and paid for a year in advance. I have seen some lower since, there's now a lot of competition out there. The quality is good. I'm at the highest dose now, so my body seems to have adjusted and appetite suppression is medium, not as high as when I first started on Wegovy 3 yrs ago (insurance stopped covering, thanks a lot, blue cross/blue shield!). There are check-ins often. I think the form could be improved bc it asks how much weight have you lost and for many of us weight loss is not a linear process. I'm holding at a weight after 3 years on glp-1's. I'm happy with that, but having to answer zero pounds lost doesn't feel great. Sometimes I've gone up a little and then back down. So if the form had a click arrow up or down and an option for "holding or same" and then the pounds, that would be more helpful. Delivery is automatic when it's refill time and they alert you when it's coming. Very good communication with that. Doctor consultation is good. I had previous doctor guidance going in, so I was no newbie.

Customer service is beyond appreciated
Customer service is beyond appreciated! Rarely does one get to speak with customer service without jumping through so many hoops and waiting and waiting. I have had a few mishaps with my orders but you leave a message with these folks and they get back to you (same day) and resolve the issue. I can’t say enough about how much that alone is appreciated. My orders are on time and the product has been working for me. I am very happy with my decision to join and I have referred a few others who already made the decision to try GLP-1 to give NewSelf a try. I am hoping the price can start to go down but as of now it is worth it for my journey.
