Hi Sarah, Thank you so much for such a thoughtful and balanced review—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re really glad to hear that you’ve found our doctors, support staff, and chat option helpful, and that the included anti-nausea medication has been useful for you. We completely understand how challenging persistent nausea can be, and you’re right—while it often improves as the body adjusts, that isn’t always the case for everyone. We strongly encourage you to connect with a provider through Doctor on Demand in the patient portal. They can review your symptoms and discuss possible adjustments or additional strategies to help make things more comfortable for you. On a positive note, losing 10 pounds in just 3 weeks is an amazing result, and we’re so happy to hear the medication is clearly working for you. Congratulations on that progress—that’s a big win! Thank you again for your honest feedback and for trusting Newself to be part of your weight-loss journey. We’re here to support you every step of the way. Best regards, Newself
