Do not buy. Horrible customer service. The only medication in my package was some anti nausea meds, that I didn’t even ask for. Been going around with them for 2 months. Avoid avoid avoid and go sign up with Refills instead they are MUCH better.

I have found the customer service team are very attentive and responsive. Although NewSelf has been so good that I have contacted CS once in over a year. Apart from my 3 monthly check-ins. I contacted CS because the needles I received were incorrect for my dosage. While they were unable to ship just needles, I received a generous refund allowing me to purchase them from my local pharmacy. My review would have been 5 star if the message I left for the Doctor had been read and acknowledged. I wished to have my next delivery delayed by one month, but I arrived on schedule. No harm done except NewSelf says the shelf life of Tirzepatide is three months, so I will have an out of date vial in my fridge. I believe that like all "sell by dares" there are in-built margins.
