I will have to say this has been an outstanding experience. It was super easy to complete the online application and my response was super quick and my application was approved. I love there are real Doctors there reviewing your information. The pricing was very comparable to other GLP sites. The medication was shipped 2 day express and I received it in 2 days. The only thing I would say is the ice pack was completely melted so that might be something to improve on. Of course I’m really blaming FedEx because they didn’t deliver it until 8 PM and it was a warm day. But regardless, it’s been a great experience and I would highly recommend newself.com

Customer service is very poor after adjusting my dosage. I am happy with the medication but again an issue arose and its 2 weeks and I've yet to get it resolved. AI assistant will not put you through to a live person. So here I am 2 weeks and over a dozen messages and feeling helpless

New Self was very easy to work with. They were courteous and very responsive. My husband is on New Self and when I saw his results I was jealous. I tried Noom and I did not lose much even though I followed the plan. I will receive my medication this weekend and am very excited. It was ok, the communication was my biggest problem. I spoke to way to many different people throughout the process. I had a really hard time understanding most of them.. .. There were many calls and texts. In addition I had to send my current subscription and video multiple times. All in all, it worked out
