The follow up and refilling of prescription was “drama free”!!!!

They will steal from you. If I could give negative stars I would. I was exploring a source for GLP-1 medications. I went through a portion of the process online to simply see pricing. I did not complete my profile or authorize payment. I then received numerous texts to complete my profile. I responded and said I do not want the service please stop texting me. Shortly after, I noticed my card was charged $274.97. I called to ensure I would be refunded and any perceived membership would be halted. Well, they charged me AGAIN!!!! I have not received any product, have not been refunded and also told I have no membership when I try to log into the portal link they gave. I have called and you have to hope you'll get a call back. The worst ever. Now thier reply says that they can't conform I am a customer. Over $550 in credit card fees indicates that I am. They asked me to contact them- but I never get a call back or a response!

For the most part, shopping for a compounded tirzepatide is a frustrating experience. It's impossible to receive important information like pricing, pharmacy information, what the "compound" is, etc. without putting in your email and phone number. I do not like to share my personal information, but in order to get information you have to. NewSelf is not the exception. They require your personal information to get to any pricing. BUT, as I was reviewing their pricing, my phone rang from what I figured was spam. But, I answered it anyways and it was a New Self representative. I was slightly annoyed that they were calling me already. I really hadn't even digested the pricing yet. But, for some reason, I went with the call and listened as the rep was an extremely friendly girl, who spoke non-broken english. As the conversation went on, she was able to answer questions I didn't even know I had. One weird thing I came across is that the compounded tirzepatide has a 90 day shelf life. So, why do they offer a 6 or 12 month subscription? Unless they send separate shipments as the months progress. I didn't ask, as I was only interested in the 3 month subscription. My rep ended up being so nice, so knowledgeable and offered me a $50 discount while on the phone, so I signed both my son and myself up. That was on Friday. It's Monday, and I just received a text that my order has shipped via 24-hour delivery. Pretty impressive so far. We'll see how things go from here!

It was fast, organized and easy.

My only problem was with the communication around my 2nd shipment . Due to several out of country trips April to July I had very narrow delivery windows. The chat never seemed to understand and sometimes my replies appeared to missed in with older chats. The Doc was very helpful as was a live person that called me. The shipment is arriving today which fits my travels perfectly. Good job. Looking forward my next order at the new lower price. Please keep the price competitive.

Take this drug has really help me with myself control,, I am not picking or snacking all the time. However you do feel the difference by the 5 and 6 day, before the next shot. You must remember this is just a tool to help me, to teach me, to get myself started.
