The product arrived on time, well-organized, and professionally packaged. However, I have a concern regarding the shipping temperature: I live in Florida, and the included ice packs were completely melted upon arrival. While the product was okay this time, Newself needs a more robust cooling solution to prevent spoilage during the extreme heat of the summer months. Also, Newself clearly advertises a rate of $99.00 for all GLP-1 dosages. Despite this, I was charged $194.00 for the first month (1 mg). While I appreciate that the rate will be adjusted to $99.00 for future months according to customer service, they refused to credit the overcharge for the first month.

I switched to NewSelf for my Terzepatide after alot of terrible experiences with Direct Meds. The switch was easy and I had no issues with the product nor the ordering. I immediately began to lose weight and I had no side effects, unlike the previous company where Id lost NO weight and had horrific side effects. The ordering was extremely easy and took about 5 min. NewSelf also honored my current doseage so I did not have to start over. I received my meds 48 hrs after ordering and Ive been VERY happy. 5÷ stars and I will continue to work with NewSelf for my maintenance meds.

I needed to switch the company I was using to something else. NewSelf was very transparent and gave me all of the information I needed up front to help me make my decision to use them. The other companies do not do this. They do not give you any info regarding pricing except for the first month. I also like that with NewSelf, I was asked very important questions which were not included with the other company, I felt I could trust NewSelf as the signup process required identification.

I will be starting my 7th month and I’m down 50 lbs already. The shipping of the product is simple and it comes with all the necessary items that a customer will need. Price is pretty reasonable depending on your insurance, insurance is roughly $125 a month which comes to $1500 for the whole year. Newself comes to $191 a month. So no too much over priced but reasonable. I will say the only issue I have ran into and would strongly suggest be fixed is the reordering process. I have had an issue every time reordering my next 3 months. Never have anyone to talk to, no efficient way to resubmit the next order. It can be very frustrating. I reached out 3 weeks in advance to get a head and I actually ran out of my dosage for 2 weeks and I am finally getting the next shipment this week. Other than that current issue I have no other complaints.

Love this company, they make ordering my meds easy and painless! I highly recommended them both for price and service.
