The process is very easy and the communication from the customer support and doctors are always so good and responses are timely. It’s true that you pay one price every month, no matter the dosage and it is promptly sent every 3 months (for the plan I’m on). Ive lost 20 pounds so far. So excited! I’ll be a life time customer!

They are quick to answer any questions I have. The price is reasonable with no hidden fees and the price did not go up when my dosage increased. Would highly recommend

NewSelf has been mostly easy to deal with. The prices and low and the process is smooth. Delivery is quick and online. And the product definitely works. Im down 44 pounds im five months. I'm eating less and im not hungry.

My meds arrive on time and as expected.

Medication arrived cold and as ordered.

The good: I received a 3 month supply up front. The expiration dates are for a year out. It was packaged well. They gave me a ton of extra needles just in case and alcohol prep pads. I received a bottle of the dissolvable zophran also. The bad: the ice packs that were packaged in with them were SUPER TINY so when sending meds that will take at least 2 days there is absolutely no possible way the ice packs r going to keep which means no clue if it affected the medication at all. They were so small and thin that honestly they were probably melted in a few hours. I would highly suggest bigger and thicker ice packs. I receive other meds via mail that need ice packs and that's what I get and it's ALWAYS cold still after s few days of being in a package. The other bad is if u try and cancel your subscription (even though it give u the option online) once u get to the button that says "cancel subscription" it doesn't let you. It just glitches. Also when they call you and say "what kind of plan can we put u down for?" IF YOU SAY ANYTHING MORE THEN MONTHLY.... THEY LEGALLY CAN KEEP CHARGING YOU EVEN IF YOU CANCEL YOUR PLAN. Which is depressing as the injection I am taking I have become SUPER sick from and I'm at the lowest dose. The 3 month supply I got increases it by 10 unites each month but with how sick I am my regular Drs advised me to definitely not increase the dosage. Trying to get someone to talk to me about it has been difficult on here and I don't want to have to pay more even though they guaranteed in the initial call that the price was locked in no matter what the dosage got changed to. I just have a feeling it could happen. Also the zophran (generic kind) has caused me to have extremely bad restless leg and foot syndrome so I have been getting zero sleep. I've never had this before and when doing the research and talking to my other Drs that's whats causing it. So now I have nothing to take for the nausea and vomiting.
