Good product arrived cold and packed well?

At first they where good but it quickly changed. After signing up for a 12 moth subscription to fill tirzepitide, the first 2 shipments was fine. Then they dropped their price by 25% and I asked to be adjusted to the new pricing and they said NO. The lady advised me to cancel my subscription and re start it and it would be at the new pricing standards. This was completly false! Instead they canceld my prescription aAND they still have $1180 worth of unfilled prescriptions. They have brick walled me for 2 months, keeping my money and not filling my prescription. This cased me to have to move to a competitor to continue my prescription. Meanwhile they are still to this day enjoying my money. I filed a charge back from Master Card but it was turned down because it has been over 80 days since I signed up for the prescription subscription. So I had no choice but to file a case against them with the Michigan Atturney Genrals office. So if youre doing business with them, be wise because they have made a science on how to keep your money and then use AI to answer their phones to keep you in limbo until you give up. After 30 calls, their AI answering service was 100% succseful at keeping me from getting through to their human customer service. YOU HAVE BBEEN WARNED!!!!

My first experience using terzepatide has been quite effective. Qualifying for tirzepatide was painless and delivery was fast, once approved. As far as delivery, since I live in Hawaii, I was quite concerned. The box was undamaged but, the medication felt a little warmer than room temperature. Cold packs were warm. I placed the medication into the fridge immediately. The medication appeared to be stable, and has been effective in my treatment. My second delivery was the same. Information on delivery and why it was being sent in a timely matter was informational. The follow up by Newself on effectiveness via email/text, has been comforting, tracking and checking on progress. As far as price, it seems to be competitive with other offerings. I am quite happy so far with the results!
