My fiancé and I had a great experience with newlynamed. Irene was especially helpful in helping with technical problems that came up while filling out information. Overall, My fiancé and I highly recommend these wonderful people for making your special occasion fun and simple.

Very helpful and responsive! Loved working with the team to change my order from personal to a gift

I messed up and ordered the name change box for myself when I needed to buy it as a gift for someone else. Marielle was amazing and helped me through the whole process of switching to the correct product. Will definitely purchase again for gifts.

I recently ordered a newly named box for my soon to be married daughter. Irene did a terrific and timely job communicating what needed to be done to correct an order that appeared I was the one changing my name. My daughter was thrilled to receive this gift card to make the name change process less complicated. Thanks Irene, you’re the best!

Marielle assisted me with my Newly named account and went above and beyond to provide the additional information I needed. Her customer service was outstanding, and I would definitely recommend both her and this company.

I was ordering a box for a friend and didn’t realize the absolute best way would be to order a gift card for them. I reached out for a refund to fix my mistake and Marielle helped me convert my order into a gift card purchase and saved so much time! Will definitely be purchasing from here again when I get married or have another friend getting married.

I messed up on an order and was very concerned about how to fix it. This was for an upcoming bridal shower gift and I hadn't a lot of time. I sent an email to support and Irene responded quicker than I could have hoped for and offered several solutions for me to choose from. I am so pleased with the help I received and was able to give the gift card to the bride today! Thank you, Irene!

I reached out to their support team to get clarity on some questions I had, and Steph responded within the hour and answered all of my questions in a concise and articulate manner! Her clarification likely saved me hundreds on not ordering a court ordered name change that I thought I'd need. Thanks again Newly Named for answering the questions that the government pages don't list the answers for!
