This was so easy to make an account and receive the proper documents to help me change my name newlynamed also includes how to change your name on account I didn't even think of. While going through the process of making my account I have several questions and their support team was amazing! I spoke with Irene who replied to my email well within 24 hours. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to speak with a robot or have to jump through hoops to try ti speak to an actual person. Shout-out to Irene for the amazing work and helping to make my stress levels go waaayy down.

I had to email customer service for a mistake that I made and I was dreading it! Steph was excellent, she emailed me back very quickly and also took care of the issue very easily. Such a pleasant experience! Also great wedding gift idea! My niece was very happy with this gift!

Marielle helped me process my order, working through a change in the product and price. Our new daughter-in-law is very happy with the kit!

Marielle was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when I messed up my NewlyNamed order! She was also very quick to respond to my emails which made the customer support experience very smooth and easy.

Great help desk! I accidently ordered the wrong package and tried to cancel my order through services due to my mistake. Marielle noticed I was trying to place a reorder so they made it where I basically traded my payment for one to another. It took all of 5 minutes!

Marielle was great and quick with answering my questions for moving out of state and helping with the name changing process. Highly recommend Newly Named!

I made a mistake ordering a Newly Named box for my future sister-in-law and reached out via email. Marielle responded to me very quickly and was very kind and helpful! I will definitely be ordering from this amazing company again! Thank you :)

I haven’t gone through with the name change yet, but I did send an email inquiring how complicated shortening my first name would be. I wasn’t expecting much honestly, customer service is so bland everywhere. Irene replied to my email with specific locations in my city and the steps to go about it seamlessly. I’m pretty impressed. Thank you so much, Irene!
