I ordered a salad bowl from Paul on March 30, 2021. The order confirmation email stated: we're getting your order ready to be shipped. It was a wedding present to be engraved. When I hadn't heard anything by May 11 I emailed What is the status of my March 30th order. I spoke with you by phone two weeks ago and at that time you indicated you would begin working on my bowl that week. His reply: Bowl arrival for you on Monday or Tuesday. I was hopeful when I got this email: Your order 12209 is shipping today via UPS, and you can track your order below. Many thanks again for your purchase. It On May 19th I wrote: Why does the tracking status say “shipment cancelled”. This the second day I have checked and it says it each day. His response on May 21: didn’t realize you had received a notification. You bowl has NOT shipped and I’ve been dragging my feet on communication as I am not exactly sure when my next batch of bowls will be ready to go. Obviously I am anxious to get a bowl to you, and hoping to ship next week. At which point, 52 days after I ordered, I contacted my credit card company and got a refund.

I was looking for a large wooden salad bowl for my sister. Found New Hampshire Bowl & Board through a Google search. They had the size and depth I was looking for. Bowl came in this week and is gorgeous!!! They engraved the bottom.
