I received timely and helpful responses from my representatives. They were able to negotiate my debt to a substantially less amount than my current balances and receive calls from debtors so I had considerably less stress. Understand that one can negotiate for oneself and his/her account. Understand that one will pay taxes on forgiven income no matter who negotiates it. Understand that having the right mindset and/or heart change is the only way to financial freedom. By using New Era Debt, I experienced less/no friction with debtors and was able to see an end to this consumer debt.
