The process has been easy. You had to change your phone number and mailing address to New Era so correspondence from companies would go to them. I was struggling to make monthly payments because I had to many open accounts and couldn't consolidate. Because I was not behind on all the accounts it took about 5-6 months before any settlements started being paid. I really don't like that a CA adress shows on my credit report when I have never lived there but that is a price in paying because of past mistakes. Nichole had been very patient and extremely helpful whenever ice had questions. So overall, they have helped me out without being harassed from creditors.
