Totally worth it!! I have started with New Era back in 2016. When i first made the call to clear up my debit, not only was i scared and embarrassed i felt so relieved upon talking to the staff here. They told me exactly what needed to be done and what the process was. I handed over all my info and never looked back. I was getting calls from my credit card people which was annoying, but eventually it stopped. Then money came out of my account on the days i agreed on with no problems. I then started getting some settlement letters. Which was amazing and lowered my anxiety on these bills. I would receive calls confirming the settlements which was great being i still felt involved. No one ever lied, never asked for more then i can give. Totally honest and wanted to help me. I have recently settled with all my cards and just paying off the last 2. I started with 9. New Era helped me get out of my debit and i am extremely grateful that i reached out to them. I have even referred them to a few others that needed help. Thank you again
