These guys (and gals) were awesome. The main thing about this company is they actually DID what they said they were going to do. More than that I'd recommend them if you ever get into a CC debt situation.

In 2019 I was deep in credit card debt. I first contacted one company but wasn’t satisfied so I looked online and saw New Era. I contacted New Era and first spoke with Anna Biggs. She explained the process which can be very stressful for someone who is new to debt consolidation. They were able to negotiate with two of my creditors, but then the pandemic happened in 2020. With me being home during the pandemic, I actually saved money and decided to use the money I saved during that time to repay my last creditor on my own, which I did earlier this year. I thank all the staff at New Era for their professionalism and patience. Thank you Gerri Askren and Cecy Wing and everyone there for all your help. God bless you.

Great experience with New Era, they helped me with a credit card and a loan that I was struggling to pay each month. They worked with both banks for me to settle the first within a few months and the other within the next year. Now I am free from this debt and have more money to save each month!! Great team that I worked with throughout the whole process, a big Thank You to them!!

Rock solid customer service! A huge thank you to Rey for tirelessly working to help me clear out this massive amount of debt. I would absolutely recommend New Era if you are looking to get out from under financial debt. These guys are never judgmental and go the extra mile to save you as much money as possible. Excessive debt is a major stressor. If you are in that situation, give them the call. My experience has been nothing but positive and so far I’ve settled this debt for far below the original amount.
