I really feel that New Era Debt is looking out for my best interest, however, I didn't give them a 5 Star Rating because, I would have liked to recieve an update on my account every so often by email. Also, I've been paying flawlessly for sometime now and have no clue or at least an idea as to when I will be done. The lack of communication by New Era was key in my review. Thank you.
