New Era was able to help me get out of debt in a shorter amount of time than it would have taken me. They also did all the negotiations and I only needed to make sure the money was there when it needed to be debited. Thank you for the freedom of debt. Feels great.

The staff was generally quite good at communicating how the program works, what had to be done, the fees involved and what the expected outcome was likely to be. Although most of the accounts were settled according to plan, there was a large one that had a hiccup at the end of the process and it appeared that I would have to pay off the entire amount of the debt rather than the 50% as originally estimated. Even though I did pay the full amount, New Era stayed on the case and within a few weeks, got the creditor to issue me a check for 50% of the full amount I paid. They never stopped working on my behalf.
