Good experience. They were fair and did just what they promised. I only wish that the representative could've been a little more organized and prepared when we called for updates. It always felt like it was the first time she ever opened our file even if we called ahead and left a message that we would call at a later time. Other than that I would still recommend New Era to friends and family.

This was our first experience with a debt solution company so we didnt know what to expect. New Era was always open and honest with us. They took care of debt..gave us honest advice without being pushy and will refund your balance super fast once they're done if theirs any funds in your account with them. The 4 instead of 5 stars is because they can email updates more often in my opinion as a customer thats what we like but I'd definitely recommend them to friends & family!
