The letter I received stated I could…
The letter I received stated I could register on line, print out the document and send it in the mail with a check. What a lie. Now I have to spend more time reconciling my credit card payment with the business expense. Terry

Dan is a wolf in a sheep suit
Dan is a wolf in a sheep suit. His advertising is misleading , I clicked on new business filling thinking it was SunBiz Florida. He charges more than double the price if you register on your own . He will even change you for something( Ein )you can get free. After filling out all info , new business filling could not get the job done. Dan strung me along 10 days , making excuse after excuse on why he couldn’t get my business filed. A supervisor at SunBiz informed me , Dan never paid for the submission. Remember he charged me more than double . Your better off doing things yourself.

Thank you for the review. Although we do always strive to give the best service to all of our customers, even we do make mistakes from time to time and knowing any shortfalls only helps us improve. We apologize for our error in this case and have instituted measures to help prevent the same error from reoccurring. We did issue a full refund on the 5th business day after filing due to the delay without it being requested as we did not feel we had provided service in line with our own standards.
