WE HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. NOW THAT I AM ORDERING ON LINE, I AM RECEIVING MY PARTS MUCH QUICKER THEN FAXING THROUGH A PURCHASE ORDER. THEIR INVENTORY SCREEN IS EASY TO UNDERSTAND SO THAT WE DO NOT ORDER PARTS WHICH ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE UK. THE SHIPPING AMOUNT IS ALWAYS CONSISTANT SO WE KNOW WHAT TO CHARGE OUR CUSTOMERS.

I've been ordering from Newark for about 8 years now. There are times I wasn't impress with the shipping but overall, prices are reasonable compare to other vendors I used for parts. Parts coming from out of the states could be confusing. Other than that, I do not have much issues when ordering from them.

Newark has an amazing amount of parts, is easy to cross reference and to tell what is in stock. Very easy to use web site

I know I can depend on the quality I get from Newark. And I know right off which parts are ready to ship, so if I order them I know I will get them.

I usually get my parts the next day unless they are special order

User-friendly site; great interface. The check out info can be a bit cumbersome.

Every time we've ordered from Newark, we've had a pleasant experience. The items get to our door sometimes the same day, if not, the next. The website is super user-friendly and great to get all our invoices from without having to waste time looking around for it. Overall, a great customer service provider!

Newark element14 makes ordering a breeze. If any issues do arise pr further information is required it is fully backstopped by the support of our internal sales rep.
