I absolutely love the Picard Season three picard leather jacket. It exceeded my expectations!

This was my second purchase through them, and I'm once again delighted by my Trek-related purchase. I was hesitant on my first order, given mixed reviews, but was very pleasantly surprised by the speed, quality, sizing and communication, so several weeks later I place a second order for a new catalog item. Again, great communication, speed, quality and sizing. I've already recommended to several other cosplayers (some of whom place their own orders last night) and am absolutely looking forward to purchasing again myself!

I have to say I was somewhat skeptical about this order at first. About the customer service: they promptly replied to all of my inquiries and questions by email. I got my receipt immediately after the purchase. The price for my item (Jumanji jacket) was very reasonable, and I got a discount. I received DHL tracking right after the product was shipped. About the item: made of genuine leather. I am approximately 205 lbs with a 43" chest. The vest fits me just right (snug, not tight). Hopefully, this helps.

As others have put, I ordered a jacket going by the measurement charts, i was contacted the following day confirming it was the size i required (Nice personal touch). Was kept up to date with all stages of my order and given a tracking number. The Jacket arrived ahead of schedule. Excellent after sales service too, promptly reply to any email i send.

I ordered a jacket and put in my size. I was contacted by customer services as they were not sure the measurements I had sent them were correct. I was given full instructions of exactly how and where to measure. Jacket arrived and it fits superbly. I got a tracking number and managed tyo arrange a covenient delivery. They could easily have just let me order the wrong size. Thank you . Would use again
